Honey Malaolu

Who?

Honey Malaolu is a bespoke fashion brand inspired by beautiful, rich colours and ethnic cultures. The essence of the butterfly is at the centre all of all of her designs.

After finishing a Fashion and Textiles BA Degree, Honey was driven to create a brand that would enhance the great beauty of a woman’s figure by combining innovative shapes and exciting prints.

It is her personal connection to – and passion for – the butterfly that encapsulates the freedom and identity of the Honey Malaolu brand.

Honey Malaolu is an ecologically aware company that is dedicated to using environmentally friendly techniques in production processes. The entire collection is created locally in London to keep he company’s  carbon footprint to a minimum

The clothing

Each collection piece recreates the essence of the beautiful butterfly in both shape and boldness, ebbing with vivacity and energy, and creating art in symmetry and texture.

Passionate about freedom, Honey creates clothes that come alive with expression and identity.

What she says

"I can express freedom through my clothing. Through the fabrics, through the feel of the silks, the chiffons, I can express freedom."

What we say

Stylish, feminine, bold and yet delicate. Much like the butterfly, these dresses offer the wearer the promise of metamorphosis and a blossoming.
